The Cafeteria is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner*
All NITOC attendees are encouraged to enjoy their meals at the cafeteria, whether they are staying on campus or off. All meals are served buffet style with a variety of hot and cold selections available.

Cafeteria Hours of Operation
Breakfast: 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM Monday - Saturday
Menu options: eggs, meat, waffle bar, hot and cold cereal, fruits, yogurt, breads, juices
Lunch: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Saturday
Menu options: grill, homestyle, pizza, deli, waffle & salad bar. Desserts, ice cream, beverages
Dinner: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Sunday - Saturday*
Menu options: same as lunch lines , but varied and expanded
The cafeteria provides vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-intolerant menu choices at each meal. Please be advised however that due to the buffet style of service, cross-contamination is likely. If you are dealing with a life-threatening allergy we would recommend you bring your own food.
*Note: The Cafeteria will be closed for Monday Dinner
Please join us Monday evening for the Welcome Social "Dinner on the Ground" outside on the Quad.
*The Cafeteria hours for Sunday 5/19 will be from 5:00-7:00PM. Saturday 5/25 dinner will be served from 4:00-6:00PM so everyone can enjoy the Awards Ceremony
