NITOC 2013 Hotels
StoaUSA has made arrangements with the local hotels and motels listed below, to offer discounts to tournament attendees.
Please contact the properties directly by phone to make reservations. Mention Stoa NITOC to obtain the discounted rate.
The properties listed may vary significantly in distance from JBU, amenities offered, ratings and pricing. Inclusion on this list simply indicates their willingness to offer Stoa attendees discounted rates. Properties in Siloam Springs are all within a few miles of JBU. Those in Springdale are at the closest end of town to JBU and are less than a half-hour drive from campus.
Items to consider (confirm the following items related to the Stoa NITOC rate directly with the hotels):
- Type of breakfast offered, and if any additional charges are involved.
- Availability and inclusion of internet service.
- Our group blocks include only Non-Smoking rooms, but several hotels are willing to offer other rooms at the same rate if the Non-Smoking rooms are all booked.
- Some King Bed rooms come with a pull-out sleeper.
- The hotels will extend the courtesy group rate for some period prior to and following NITOC.
Most of the hotels will only guarantee rates for reservations made through April 29th, and many members are already booking rooms, so we suggest you register quickly.
